For bone sarcomas is characterized by rapid growth and early metastasis. Ewing's sarcoma is the second in frequency among malignant bone tumors in children - is 10-15%. This tumor is rare in children younger than 5 years and adults older than 30 years. The peak incidence occurs in 10-15 years.

Histological study of Ewing's sarcoma family of tumors, and all PNET are represented as unstructured aggregates of small tumor cells separated by fibrous layers.
